Hands down the most delicious ribs and brisket! The meat is tender, juicy, and perfectly smoked every time. The flavors are incredible, and the service is friendly and efficient. Every visit is a delightful experience. Highly recommend for any BBQ lover!

The best BBQ I've had in Texas so far, hands down. Beats a full service restaurant by a mile. The brisket was so tender, the sausage was delicious and the ribs were perfectly cooked and tender. No sauce needed here. And the corn with the fire Cheetos crushed on top are pretty good too!

I was walking by and the smoked aroma captured my attention. So, I order the chopped beef sandwich , I told him I was just trying him out. He gave me a sample of the chopped beef and "it was seasoned great and tender, taste awesome ; it just melt in my mouth. Service friendly and great. The bar-b-que beans are good as well. "Go by and try Dean's Rib Shack out."

Got the 1/2 lb sausage and 1/2 lb brisket. The flavor was definitely in the sausage. The brisket could use a little more season. Seem like it dried out a little bit. But I definitely understand . This place is going to be my new go to for my protein fix. Service was quick and was very friendly. Can't wait to try the BBQ sauce!!

I ordered food for a 40 person party from Dean's. He was absolutely kind and professional very flexible and the food was fantastic. We ordered brisket and chicken and every one of the party enjoyed the food. It was a hard week of freezing cold weather but that didn't stop Dean from having the food ready for us on time and tasting fantastic. Very grateful!

If you have any interest whatsoever in BBQ, you owe it to yourself to check out Dean's! It couldn't look more unassuming - a bright, clean, red food service trailer parked next to a car wash... But I'm serious. The best brisket and ribs I have ever had in my life. The sausage is great too, but the brisket and pork ribs are so tender and flavorful - they really stand out! And Dean is the nicest, most personable guy too! He gave me a sample of burnt ends on my first visit - just because he thought I'd like them. He was so right.

Went on a Saturday evening around sunset and just happened to be there around closing time, ordered brisket and while we were waiting (decent wait time, but we were third in line and there was only one guy working) he saw how much he had left and decided it was time to close but he had a single rack of ribs left. Asked if we wanted it, we accepted. The brisket and ribs absolutely pull apart, tender, great flavor; I wholeheartedly recommend the meat! The potato salad and baked beans tasted decent but store-bought, which makes sense in a good truck setting but they're beside the point: the man works art with his smoker!
